LCP employs an entrepreneurial, value-oriented investment strategy. We target "mid-sized" transactions that are too large for “friends and family” capital, but too small for larger, institutional investors. We are strategic investors focused on building long term relationships with developers.

Links Capital Partners will invest preferred or common equity alongside a local operating partner who has extensive knowledge of the relevant asset class and market. We seek to identify strategies that will be successful regardless of broader economic conditions or trends.

Links Capital Partners' equity funds target assets with the following characteristics:

Investment Size:	Projects requiring $5 to $15 million of equity
Investment Period:	Up to 5 years
Property Types:	Office, industrial, multifamily, hotel, retail, and residential
Project Ownership:	Typically 50% to 80% of equity required
Markets:	Dynamic, supply-constrained markets in the U.S., Mexico and Canada
Sponsorship:	Experienced sponsors looking for a long term relationship with its capital provider
Opportunities:	Renovation and rehabilitation of existing assets, repositioning underperforming assets, recapitalizations, ground up developments and general value add strategies.
